Our normal working hours are 8.30am-5pm on weekdays. Calls to our HQ office are direct to either Lisa or Christina (Chris): there are no queues, waiting times or rigid systems to be able to contact us. You can often also contact one of our site engineers for a direct personal response.
One of Weigh Sol’s main aims is to deal effectively with an emergency or breakdown situation as well as we can. So as to minimise any potential detrimental knock-on effects to our customers in the form of lost production time. Our record for this is extremely good, we have always “set the bar high” and continue to successfully strive. This strive is to do so by providing an immediate and most suitable response.
Weigh Sol is most definitely not a “9-5” business. We recognise the requirement for support for our “24/7” clients. As well as having an outside-normal-working-hours mobile number we are available at most times. We discuss any issue (or alternatively to return a voicemail message as quickly as possible). This naturally includes emergency call-out situations.

Though maintaining maximum flexibility for our wide customer base. Weigh Sol engineers are both home-based and regionally distributed so as to if at all possible reduce journey times. As well as be able to get to site as quickly as possible to minimise a particular weighing issue.
